To mark World Autism Month and support neurodivergent visitors, we're hosting a full Sensory-Friendly Day on April 29th!
We understand that optical illusions and interactive exhibits can be sensory overwhelming. While we cannot completely "shut down "our installations, we can offer a more comfortable environment for our visitors with sensory sensitivities.
On this special day, we’ll be dimming lights, lowering sound levels, and reducing sensory input to ensure all our visitors feel comfortable, supported, and included.
We’ll also provide complimentary sensory kits with ear defenders and fidget toys and have team members who have undergone autism-awareness training, easy to spot and ready to help. Let them know if you feel overwhelmed, excited, happy, sad, scared, or simply need a time out. They can answer your questions, walk you through challenging installations, and offer a seat and a quiet nook should you need one.
We look forward to welcoming you on April 29, 2025!
