Gift cards are redeemable any time within one year of purchase. Recipients can redeem the card online to book their preferred time slot or use it directly at the museum by showing their digital gift card with a QR code.

How to redeem your gift card?

Here’s how to turn your gift card into an unforgettable Museum of Illusions experience:

 

1. Open the email you received and follow the link, or click the button below to redeem your gift.

 

2. Select your visit date and time slot.

 

3. Choose the number and type of tickets you want.

 

4. Proceed to checkout.

 

5. Under “Apply now”, click on the button “Redeem now” and select “Gift card”.

 

6. Enter your Gift Card ID number from your email (the digits after the “#”, without the “#”).

 

7. Click “Apply” — your Gift Card balance will be deducted from the total.

 

8. Complete the booking by providing your contact details and confirming your order.

 

9. You will receive a confirmation email with your tickets.

 

Redeeming multiple gift cards? 

You can use them all in one transaction: Add the corresponding tickets to your basket. Click “Checkout” and then “Redeem now – Gift card”. Enter each booking ID number from your gift card emails individually, clicking “Apply” after each one.

 

How to check your remaining balance: Return to the original email and click “View Gift Card” — your balance will be always up to date.
