How to redeem your gift card?
Surprise – you’ve received a mind-bending gift! Here’s how to turn it into an unforgettable Museum of Illusions experience in just five easy steps:
1. Open the email you received and follow the link, or click the button below to redeem your gift.
2. Pick a day and time slot to make sure you visit exactly when you want.
3. Match your gift card value to the correct ticket type:
– a £23.50 gift card corresponds to one Adult ticket.
– a £19.50 gift card corresponds to one Child ticket.
When redeeming, please ensure you select the ticket type that matches your gift card value.
3. Add the corresponding tickets to your basket. Click “Checkout” and then “Redeem now – Gift card.” Enter each booking ID from your gift card emails individually, clicking “Apply” after each one, until your cart total reaches zero.
4. Find your booking ID at the top of your email and enter it in the box (without the “#”).
5. Complete your checkout and you’ll get a confirmation email with your museum ticket.
