Museum of Illusions Manchester ("the Museum") is offering customers 20% off Family Tickets, plus a £20 voucher for a future ticket or gift shop purchase ("Offer").
As part of the UK Government's Great British Summer Savings initiative, eligible attractions benefit from the temporary reduced 5% VAT rate. At Museum of Illusions, we're passing these savings directly on to our guests by offering 20% off Family Tickets, making unforgettable summer days out even more affordable.
Each qualifying Family Ticket purchased during the Offer Period will receive one £20 voucher.
Already booked? Don't worry. If you purchased a qualifying Family Ticket at the previous price for a visit taking place between 13 July and 1 September 2026 (inclusive), you do not need to contact us. An automatic credit for the applicable saving will be processed when you check in at the Museum. Eligible guests will also receive their £20 retail voucher.

The Offer applies to eligible Family Tickets only and excludes any products or ticket types expressly excluded in these Terms.
- Offer Period
The Offer is valid for bookings made and visits taking place between 13 July 2026 and 1 September 2026 inclusive ("Offer Period").
Bookings made outside the Offer Period or for visits after 1 September 2026 are not eligible.
- Eligibility
The Offer is available on eligible Family Tickets purchased online or at the Museum during the Offer Period.
Each qualifying Family Ticket is entitled to one £20 for a future ticket or gift shop purchase.
Children aged 14 years and under must be always accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over during their visit.
The Museum reserves the right to request proof of eligibility where applicable and to refuse redemption where it reasonably believes the Offer is being misused or used contrary to these Terms.
- Redemption
The 20% discount is automatically applied to eligible Family Tickets during the Offer Period.
No promotional code is required.
The £20 retail voucher will be issued with each qualifying Family Ticket purchase.
The voucher may be redeemed in the Museum gift shop only and must be used on or before 1 September 2026.
The voucher cannot be redeemed after its expiry date.
The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made for visits outside the Offer Period.
All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of purchase.
- £20 Voucher
Each qualifying Family Ticket receives one £20 voucher for a future ticket or gift shop purchase.
The voucher:
Is valid only at the Museum of Illusions London gift shop.
Has a value of £20.
Has no minimum spend.
May be used against one or more eligible purchases until the full value has been redeemed.
Excludes the purchase of gift cards.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative benefit.
Must be redeemed on or before 1 September 2026.
Will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired.
If the value of a purchase exceeds £20, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
If the purchase value is less than £20, no cash refund or credit will be given for the unused balance.
- Exclusions
The Offer does not apply to:
Standard admission tickets
Flex tickets
Group bookings
School bookings
Corporate bookings
Private events
Third-party ticketing platforms
Previous purchases (except where an automatic credit is applied as outlined above)
Gift cards
Any products or services not expressly included within the Offer
The Offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, promotional code, group rate or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise by the Museum.
- Restrictions
The Offer and retail voucher are non-transferable and have no cash value.
The Museum reserves the right to limit, refuse or cancel bookings where it reasonably believes the Offer or voucher is being misused, fraudulently used or applied in breach of these Terms.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Nothing in these Terms affects a customer's statutory rights.
Tickets purchased under this Offer remain subject to the Museum's standard ticket terms and conditions.
Where a booking is refunded, cancelled or otherwise becomes invalid, any associated £20 retail voucher will also become void if it has not already been redeemed.
- Changes and Withdrawal
The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or cancel the Offer at any time where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving technical issues, fraud, misuse, administrative error, pricing errors or events beyond its reasonable control.
Any such changes will not affect bookings already completed in accordance with these Terms.
- Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to the foregoing, the Museum shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from participation in or use of the Offer.
- Data Protection
Any personal data processed in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Museum's Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
