Museum of Illusions Manchester – TERMS & CONDITIONS - Midweek offer
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Midweek Promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Museum of Illusions Manchester (the “Museum”).
1. Offer Details
Customers who purchase two eligible admission tickets for visits taking place between 8 September 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive), on Monday to Thursday, and apply the promotional code MIDWEEK26 at checkout will receive 50% off the lower-priced ticket.
The promotional code must be entered at the time of purchase to redeem the discount. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively after a booking has been completed.
The Promotion applies only to eligible tickets.
2. Promotion Period
Valid visit dates:
8 September 2026 – 30 September 2026 (inclusive)
The Promotion is valid only for visits taking place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the valid visit dates stated above.
The Promotion is not valid for visits taking place on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
3. Eligibility
Customers must purchase two eligible admission tickets in the same transaction to qualify for the Promotion.
The discount applies to the lower-priced of the two eligible tickets. Where both eligible tickets are the same price, the 50% discount will be applied to one of the tickets.
A child ticket is valid for children aged 5 to 14 years old (inclusive).
Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during their visit.
The Museum reserves the right to request proof of age where reasonably necessary.
4. Exclusions
The Promotion:
- Applies only to Regular Admission tickets.
- Does not apply to:
- Ticket bundles
- Flex tickets
- Group tickets
- School bookings
- Corporate bookings
- Private events
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Any other non-standard admission products unless expressly stated
5. Purchase Channels
The Promotion is valid for tickets purchased online via the official Museum of Illusions Manchester website.
Use of the promotional code MIDWEEK26 is required to redeem the offer.
The promotional code must be entered at online checkout and cannot be applied after the booking has been completed.
6. General Conditions
The discount applies only to two eligible tickets purchased in the same transaction for valid Promotion visit dates.
The promotional code MIDWEEK26 may be used once per qualifying transaction.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, promotional codes or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.
The discount has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.
Tickets are subject to availability.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Tickets purchased under this Promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where:
- required by applicable law; or
- otherwise permitted under the Museum’s standard ticketing policy.
Where a qualifying booking is cancelled or refunded in accordance with the Museum’s standard ticketing policy, the discount applied under the Promotion will be taken into account when calculating any refund due.
8. Additional Terms
The Museum’s standard entry Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and visits.
The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion where reasonably necessary, including (but not limited to) circumstances beyond its control, technical issues, administrative errors, pricing errors, or to prevent misuse. Any such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
The Museum reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking where a pricing error, technical malfunction, or misuse of the Promotion has occurred.
The Museum reserves the right to refuse the application of the discount or cancel bookings where it reasonably believes the Promotion is being misused or applied in breach of these Terms.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
