Pride Volunteer Complimentary Entry – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Pride Volunteer Complimentary Entry Offer (the “Offer”) operated by Museum of Illusions Manchester (the “Museum”).

1. Offer Details

Eligible Pride volunteers are entitled to one complimentary standard admission ticket to Museum of Illusions Manchester for visits taking place between 22 August 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive).

The Offer is valid at Museum of Illusions Manchester only.

2. Offer Period

Valid visit dates:

22 August 2026 – 30 September 2026 (inclusive)

The Offer is valid only for visits taking place during the dates stated above and is subject to the Museum’s opening hours and ticket availability.

3. Eligibility

The Offer is available exclusively to Pride volunteers.

To redeem the Offer, eligible volunteers must present:

  • A valid Pride volunteer confirmation email; and
  • Valid photo identification.

Both must be presented on arrival at Museum of Illusions Manchester.

The Museum reserves the right to refuse complimentary entry where satisfactory proof of eligibility cannot be provided.

4. Offer Conditions

  • The Offer provides one complimentary standard admission ticket per eligible Pride volunteer.
  • The Offer is subject to availability and Museum opening hours.
  • The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
  • There is no cash alternative.
  • The Offer and complimentary ticket cannot be transferred or resold.
  • The Offer applies to standard admission only unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. General Conditions

The Museum’s standard entry Terms & Conditions apply to all visits made under this Offer.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

The Museum reserves the right to refuse or cancel complimentary entry where it reasonably believes the Offer is being misused or where eligibility requirements have not been met.

6. Additional Terms

The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary, including (but not limited to) circumstances beyond its control, technical issues, or to prevent misuse.

Any amendment or withdrawal of the Offer will not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to this, the Museum shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with this Offer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
