VARIABLE PRICING PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS 
Museum of Illusions Manchester

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Variable Pricing Promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Museum of Illusions Manchester (the “Museum”). 

1. Offer Details 

Selected regular admission tickets are eligible for a 20% discount during designated off-peak time slots (as defined below). 

The discount is applied automatically to eligible time slots at the point of purchase. No promo code is required. 

The Promotion is designed for off-peak visits and applies only to time slots explicitly marked as discounted during the booking process. 

2. Valid Time Slots 

The Promotion applies only to visits during the following periods: 

Promotion date ranges: 

  • 27 April 2026 – 22 May 2026  
  • 1 June 2026 – 17 July 2026  

Eligible days and times: 

  • Monday to Thursday: all day  
  • Friday and Saturday: from 5:00 pm onwards  
  • Sunday:  
  • Morning: 10:00 – 11:00 am  
  • Afternoon/evening: 5:00 – 6:30 pm  

The discount applies strictly to these time slots and will not be valid outside of them. 

3. Eligibility 

A child ticket is valid for children aged 5 to 14 years old (inclusive). 

Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during their visit. 

The Museum reserves the right to request proof of age where reasonably necessary. 

4. Exclusions 

The Promotion: 

  • Applies only to standard, regular admission tickets  
  • Does not apply to:  
  • Ticket bundles  
  • Flex tickets  
  • Group tickets  
  • Gift cards  

5. Purchase Channels 

The Promotion is valid for tickets purchased: 

  • Online via the official Museum of Illusions Manchester website; or  
  • On-site at the museum reception (subject to availability).  

6. General Conditions 

  • The discount applies only to eligible time slots during the Promotion periods.  
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.  
  • The discount has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.  
  • Tickets are subject to availability.  

Refunds and cancellations 

Tickets purchased under this Promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where: 

  • required by applicable law; or  
  • otherwise permitted under the Museum’s standard ticketing policy.  

7. Additional Terms 

  • The Museum’s standard entry Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and visits.  
  • The Museum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion where reasonably necessary, including (but not limited to) circumstances beyond its control, technical issues, or to prevent misuse. Any such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.  
  • The Museum reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking where a pricing error, technical malfunction, or misuse of the Promotion has occurred.  
  • The Museum reserves the right to refuse the application of the discount or cancel bookings where it reasonably believes the Promotion is being misused or applied in breach of these Terms.  

8. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

Subject to this, the Museum shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with this Promotion. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
