  • Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance. Keep in mind that we do not accept cash payments.

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free.

  • As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • We offer complimentary carers tickets but they cannot be booked in advance. We would recommend booking for the rest of your party online and then on the day, we will admit the carer free of charge after you show our team relevant documentation (for example a government benefit letter, a blue badge or a carers card). Please don’t worry about availability as we will always accommodate carers as long as the rest of your party has a booking.

  • Our museum aims to be as accessible as possible and welcoming to all visitors. However, due to building limitations and the nature of the exhibits, some parts of the museum might not be fully accessible to everyone. Please find out more on our Accessibility page.

  • To help keep everyone safe and ensure easy access throughout the space, prams are not permitted inside the attraction due to the building layout and evacuation procedures.

  • All child ticket holders must be accompanied by an adult ticketholder during their visit. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • If you’re visiting with someone who requires assistance, we’re pleased to offer complimentary Companion/Carer tickets. These cannot be booked in advance and are only available on the day.  We recommend booking tickets for the rest of your group online to avoid disappointment and then on the day, just show a team member some supporting documentation (such as a government benefit letter, Blue Badge, or Carers Card), and we’ll admit the carer free of charge.
You don’t need to worry about availability — we’ll always accommodate carers as long as the rest of your party has a booking.
